page is scrolling by itself

Hi,
I have a web form including 20 textboxes with ajax extenders and an iframe inside a div positioned absolute.Because of too many textboxes page is extending down. After page load, when i try to scroll the page to middle or bottom,i can't hold,it's going back to top.The page is derived from a masterpage and the other pages derived from it don't behave like this.Any idea ?Thank you
