All of the examples I can find show the compare validator being used to see if two values are the same.  Validation is succesfull if these values are the same, such as password confirmation.
I want validation to succeed if values are not the same.  I want to use this to be sure that someone doesn't enter the same value for two phone number fields.  I want the two values to be different.
Can the compare validator be used for this?  I wasn't able to find any properties or examples that used it in this way.  If not, how should this be done?  Thanks.
