Different url depending on your role...

Hi!
Im using asp.net login authetication...
currently i got 1 role in my website which is staff...
when i drag in log in, when the person click log in, it will proceed to the different page(url) depending on the roles...
when the staff log in.. it will proceed to "staffhomepage.aspx"
when OTHER user log in.. it will proceed to "customerhomepage.aspx"
