Running the process from ASP.net

Hello,
I am trying to run the process from Asp.net site. I am running the process using System.Dignostics.Process.
My process is to open or print the pdf file.
When I ran the application, I am not getting the display, but the process is ruunning in taskmanager.
I have changed the machine.config to run the Asp.net under the System account, still we are getting same issue.
When I ran the application locally under the Visual Studio's ASP.net Development Server, it was running properly, but having same issue if I try the application on IIS locally.
Please give us some help.
