Hello everyone,

A group in our department wanted a secure area so that only authorized users in a group can access it, and I have done that for them. Everything worked great until a new domain was introduced and let's call it ENT. ENT is the new domain where users are slowly being migrated there, and the old domain is ACN. There are more people in ACN domain than on ENT.
Both domains are in the same forest root, and the AD Group that list the authorized users who can access the secure area is on ACN Domain (Old One) including users from ent domain. I have made the modifications to the script so that the user can do ent\username or cna\username so I split the username to get the domain name and username and build the ldap string as follow:
Dim adsRoot As New DirectoryEntry("LDAP://" & strDomainName & ".forestroot.com/DC=" & strDomainName & ",DC=forestroot,DC=com", Username, Password)
