Is there a special naming convention to web.config files? I tried opening a configuration file I named duh.config (for testing) and wasn't able to open it this way:
Configuration config = WebConfigurationManager.OpenWebConfiguration("/Projects/duh.config");
I can open a file named web.config this way, and seems I should be able to open other config files this way - what am I doing wrong? ...
