Help in DropDownList

 Hi ,
         I am having two dropdownlists(DDL1 and DDL2) .The DDL1  has states ( both US and non-US) and the DDL2 has countries ..I want to have the DDL2 dropdownlist  to display United states as we select a US state in the 1st dropdownlist and display International in the 2nd dropdownlist if we select any other non-US state int he 1st drodownlist..Can anyone help me in this ..
