clearing all form contents

Hi!,

 i have a form that contains around 50 fields which are a collection of textboxes and dropdown list items. after i input all the values to the database, i wanted to clear the contents of all the fields, which i know i can do by setting String.Empty for textboxes and -1 for droplist, IF the fields are few, but for 50 fields, how can i do this at once instead of clearing for each field ? i also tried disabling viewstate and that worked prety good, but some times if the user makes any error all the other contents are also getting cleared, which is obvious. so can any one please suggest a smart way of clearing all the contents of the fields in a loop kind of method ?
