Help with session variables

 I have never created one before (I am still very new to c# and asp.net so please bear with me).
 I have a check box code like this on "questionlist.aspx":

} what I need it to do is after the user clicks the check box (or boxes) I need it to repopulate on a new page (questionsummary.aspx). I apologize for my lack of programming skills but like I said I am new at this.
