Web Service Undefined Issue

 Hello,
 I'm going through a similar situation that this poster went through. I have a Web Service class called "mapactions" that passes geolocation data back and forth to a Google Map. 
 However, whenever I make a mapactions.SomeMethod javascript call I always get a "mapactions is undefined".
 Here's the code for the  .asmx:
