I have been trying to make this scenario work (excuse my english, it's been a while since I've wrote technical english):
I have a site, you can download Excel files from it, then the user can modify those, and for the last the user can upload it. So far so good, this is pretty easy, and I have no complications here.
The problem is that the regular user of this site, have problems with the formulas in the excel (this formulas are blocked under password), so they copy the whole excel in a new one, and then upload their version of the file. This upsets the budget, and results that the people from the area that recolects the information has to make and exhaustive checkout of the files, prior of compilate it.
So, after I upload the file in the server, I want to verify if the uploaded excel is the same they downloaded, and reject the ones that were modified; and I'm out of ideas... I have tried to:
