I have an app which allows a user to log on and create a support ticket. Once the ticket is created the logged on user has the facility to upload files to a folder. The folder structure is \Site\Uploads\$username$\$ticketNumber$ Where username and ticket number
are the users name and support ticket number. On the support side when they receive this request I would like to show the ticket with any accompanying documents for that ticket. So when they browse the ticket details it will have a download section but only
related to the ticket in question. How could I do that? Thanks
