I've been asked to change the website so that users can copy can paste content from it. They are all corporates and nearly all using versions of IE 6, 7, 8 on Windows PCs.
My solution to the problem was to tell them to use FireFox where selective copy'n'paste is easy! I also tested Safari and Chrome to dicover that only the entire page could be copied. With IE, content from the home/login page can be copied but no other pages! [even ctrl+a , ctrl+c didn't work]
What is causing this problem with IE and is there a fix I can do?
Note. The website is using Microsoft Ajax and Telerik controls on nearly every page. Could either of these be responsible? Could it be something within asp.net itself?  [afterall, they can copy 'n' paste using IE before they've logged in]  If I could just explain what's causing the 'problem' that would be a big weight off my shoulders.
PS: I can't post urls to the offending pa ...
