Hello.
My company's website has two forms of the asp.net membership provider password security enabled: encrypted passwords, & requires a security question/answer to retrieve a forgotten password.
All in all, this has worked pretty nicely however, we have a lot of customers who call us up and tell us they've forgotten both their password AND the answer to their security question. So I now need to create a new web page in our website's Administration section, whereby one of our admins can manually go into this new page, select a single user's account, and click a button to email them their password.
The problem though is I don't see any documentation as to how to do this. I know how to send their password when the user enters their info into the "forgot your password" control, however I don't see of a way to programatically send an email via a customized "Send Password" button for our admin to click.
Any idea how?
