temporary impersonation w/ credentials from aspnet_setreg registry key

I've added specific credentials using asnet_setreg utility to the regisrty.
Now, I need to use these credentials to do a temporary impersonation. I cant understand how to decrypt these keys to use with LoginUser in ADVAPI32.dll to create duplicate token.
