I am fairly new to ASP.net and c#. I do have a web site that I am adding to as I learn and go along. I want to do a survey page (with or without comments from the survey taker). I have done searches, and I have seen the four brothers example, but it does not include an example of sending the results to SQL server, and, then displaying accumulative data. I am not looking to purchase someone else's product unless it is very cheap and the source code is provided. I am looking for an on-line example, book, whatever. I am not looking to do a polling page. My site is hosted on 1and1.com, so I am limited to asp.net 2.0 (but if I find the right code example that uses 3.5, I would consider moving to godaddy or elsewhere).
