open new page (depending on user)

Hi I have a table with userid, password, accesslvl 1= user 2= admin

Curently I have a login page that will take all users to a new page on that page I have an admin button  

I want to use a button to check users access level if its admin it will take that user to a new page if not it will display a message wrong access.
