Disable a panel on nop value

Hi all,
How can I get this to work?
<asp:Panel ID="controlspanel" Enabled='<%# Not(HiddenField_id.Value is nothing) %>' runat="server">
I need the panel to be disabled when there is no value in the hiddenfield.
