I want to create an instance of a user control (A) within the Load handler of another user control (B), set some of its properties, maybe save a reference to it, and then add it to a placeholder.  But on the line where I want to create the instance of A, it gives the error "Type 'A' is not defined."  What are my options, please?  Paraphrased code follows...
Namespace ThePlace Partial Class A Inherits System.Web.UI.UserControl Public Property Prop1() As Boolean etc... End Property 'Various other properties and event handlers... End Class End Namespace  Namespace ThePlace ...
