Retrieving multiple entries from a DB and putting into a string - VB.NET

Hello.. I have parcel entries in a database table.  Using ASP.NET membership, their UserID, their username, the parcel number and the date added are in this table.  Since there's a possibility of multiple parcels, there will be seperate entries for each parcel.
My issue is that I'm trying to retrieve this information by the UserID and dump the parcels to a sting which is ultimately inserted into an e-mail.
I'm having a heck of a time trying to get this working properly.  Please Help!  Thanks.. -Jeff
