To all the regex experts,
I am looking for help with two regex expressions:
1) A regex to remove anything enclosed in square [], or rounded () brackets, including the brackets themselves.
Eg. [test], (test),[123abc],(123abc) - everything would be removed
test) - would be return test) as it is not enclosed in brackets.
2) A regex to find a remove a 4 digit year in a string, but ONLY if the whole string is not a 4 digit year.
Eg.  Budget 2009 - would return Budget
1997 - would return 1997 because the string is just a year.
Cheers!!!
