[\/]? How to maintain 4 timer controls on a single page ?[\/]

Hi friends,
I have a code like below, Upon loading page on a browser there will be 4 panels each having their own timer control and there is a static variable "a" which gets incremented by 1 upon each tick event of timer(here interval=1000). But the problem is that when i run the page on a browser, each panel's label shows the value after 1 sec incremented by 4. I know this is happening because of static variable i have used but i don't, is there any other way to achieve it can any body solve this problem...
