Problem in dropdownlist

I am using dropdownlist (Framework is 2.0) and in two button click event I have binded this with simple hardcoded values . But for one button click event it is loading properly and not for other button.There is no difference in those two buttons declaration and both are included in the AJAX popup extenders.
