Can run exe file in client browser?

 I used System.Diagnostics to run exe file on server-side.
When i build (F5) my website project in the visual studio .net, the exe file executed. -> OK!

But when i go http://localhost/mywebsite.aspx (example) - i think it is called client-side , the exe file does not execute, it is not show that exe file. But in the task manager, there is a process of that exe file.
 So, how can the exe file execute in the client-browser? Any ideas?
