My situation (.NET 3.5 web solution using VB code behind):
I have a compare validator setup that is working fine when I click the submit button on my page.  An error is being displayed when the values are not the same.  However, when I attempt to correct the problem (enter new value in my textbox), I want to be able to do some additiona code behind work when the submit button is clicked -- the problem is that the submit button no longer fires any events??  So I have no opportunity to execute the code behind.
Is there some way around this without having to use JavaScript?
Thanks, Rob.
