Uploading a file works for some users and not all users

Hola,


Has anyone ever come across a problem where some users cannot upload a file and other users can? I have a web app where users can upload a PDF to a SQL Server DB, this upload functionality works fine for me and other users but it does not work for 3 other users.
Below is how I get the binary of the PDF to be uploaded:

 byte[] data = null;
 Stream fdatastream = null;
fdatastream = httpPostfile.InputStream;
 length = httpPostfile.ContentLength;
data = new byte[length];
fdatastream.Read(data, 0, length);
 oCmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@ThePdf", data);
After that I call the ExecuteNonQuery() method that executes my query.


1) I've tried deleting Internet History and refreshing the page.
2) Closing the browser and reopening it.
3) We have checked the DB to see if it was inserting the file into the table (and it's ...
