There is a web application that uses SSL encryption (the URL starts with https://). The app sits on a server that is separate from a database server. When users click submit button after entering data into textbox and other controls, the data is sent and saved to the database. Is the data encrypted during the entire transmission from the user's client PC to the app server and then to the database server?
