"System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {.....} failed due to the following error: 8007007e.

Hi,
I have COM dll which I have already registered using regsvr32.
We have couple of windowsServices which are accesing this COM component and execution is giving results as expected.
While trying to invoke simmilar code execution flow from ASP .Net application page I am getting an error : "System.IO.FileNotFoundException:   Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID   {.....} failed due to the following error: 8007007e.
COM dll is already registered in registry with required CLS ID.
I have already given full rights and all required users to the webApp, also given rights to the COM dll path (C:\Program Files\MySoftware\bin\XYZCOM.dll) from where it is registered in registry.
Even checked permissions in registery which looks ok.
I am unable to figureout why the same component is not being invoked from Asp. Net and works fine when running from WindowsService or ConsoleApplication.
