How to display a horizontal scrollbar with a 800px width table wrap around a gridview?

I have a gridview that has 15-20 columns and I would like each column to stretch 100%, not wrap to be shown to another line within the cell. Anyways, I have try using the DIV and Panel, it show the horizontal scrollbar but each row doesn't stretch unless the table is expand or overflow(style). 

Is there a way to do this?
