Hi everybody,
I have IIS 6 installed with ASP .NET 1.1
I see some wierd behaviour - the server will remove certain charatcers from the request. The charatcers that are removed are any character in the range of \x80-\xFF.
I tested using a simple echo page that extarctes a parameter value and returns it in an HTML. I sent query parameter values with %00-%FF and the server removed any one from the range %80-%FF.
Can anyone explain this behaviour? Is it normal?
Is it also happening in newer versions?

Thanks,
Yaniv
