How to Create While Loop to populate checkboxes

Hi I'm trying to create while loops to populate databack to a database.

 These are steps I need to I am trying to do this:-

When a button is clicked

Create a sql command

Add parameter to sql command

Execute command for each checked item in (table) checkbox adds a record to the database.

 I've done a search online and couldn't find any good examples.
