Check if there is >= 1 Directories in a directory

I have a folder that could contain other folders. I am filling a vector of these folders in this code.
The problem is that the foreach only can execute if there is directories in that folder.
How is it possible to check if there is directories in that folder:  "bFer\\cFer\\"
