Secure way to access web service

Hii frds.
I'm having some security problem for accessing web service method using java script in pure HTML file
i used hard code my service URL(like :http://localhost/demo/demo.asmx) in my HTML code  which not secure . i need to use secure way to access web service.
 So, please help me out to solve this stuff.
