how to post data to https site from asp.net/vb.net in .vb file

My requirement 1) To send data to https site, using code behind file (.vb) file and 2)redirect the user to https website to which data already in step1. once it redirected user just enters his email and pwd on the https website. Then the HTTPS site it self has mechanisum to handle evry thign from there. I tried using with several parameters like " etc.. using it works fine there is not problem. But i do not want to dispaly to the user, it should in .vb file itself it should send post data to https (several parameters ) and redirect to https website. how to do it using asp.net/vb.net 3.5" i thought i will do some thing like this, Dim hwrRequest = Net.WebRequest.Create(strPostUrl) hwrRequest.ContentType = "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" hwrRequest.Method = "POST" i am not sure above approach is proper not not.
