I am getting to grips with FCKeditor and have figured out the basics.
Now I want to use it to provide the ability to creat/edit a section of a web page.
My assumptions:
I have to store the section content in a databaseThis to be put onto the page using maybe a formview control.After editing to be placed back into the database.
My questions:
The section content will be formatted text and may contain images / tables etc that the user creates using the FCKeditor.
What database type do I store this into?
Do I need to use any 'clever' stuff to store it?Would a Formview be the best control to use to display the data?I am assuming that my editor page will contain both the Formview control (visible=false) and the FCKeditor control (visible=true) and that I can then make the formview content = the FCKeditor.value before saving it.Any other tips!!
