Website Cannot Upload Image after deploying in Remote Server

Hi everyone... I have developed a website in my local server which can upload and show images. It works perfectly fine in my computer but when I tried to upload photos after my website was deployed on the remote server, nothing happens... Here is an excerpt of my code:
Btw, my connection string is working perfectly because I can save and retrieve text.
