Custom paging and dynamicly loaded page numbers - need to click twice to iniciate

Hello everybody,
I am writing an application with custom paging. For navigation I have created next, prev buttons. Also there are 5 link buttons with page numbers generated dynamicly. Today I faced serious problem. I have to click twice any button to do see any change in page numbers after page load. Let me show you the code
