open office scheduler with floor plan

I have requirement in which each employee of our office can select the location of the office and building number in that location. Basic idea is they can see the image of each floor plan of that building along with the room. IF they click on the room it should show the available workstations  and reserved workstations with different color codes. User can schedule or book is available work station depends on teh date he selected. The office we are moving newly is not spacious enough to accomdate all the employees so they are planning to provide a web fecility to book the schedules for the workstation in teh office otherwise they have to work from home. Any ssugetions on how to achieve this? Appreciate your ideas.
