How to kill data stored in memory to avoid saving record twice ?

I have a Formview to add records to database but I found right after adding the record, if I click Refresh button on IE, the same record is saved to the database as well.

How to avoid this... I think ispostback could be a solution but dunno how to wrote the codes (in VB pls).
