Encryption and Decryption using Membership

Hi All, I m making a site where i like to store all passwords in encrypting form then so that all the passwords can be displayed in a grid view ,so that Admin can see password of every user .




Please Explain me know how to make Encryption and then Decryption using ASp.net Membership.
