I am using the CreatedUser event of the CreateUserWizard control to perform some routine database updates for my application when a new user account is created. It usually works fine but occasionally it does not seem to fire -- the user account is created OK but the database updates are not made. Are there any known conditions that might prevent this event from firing? Thanks for you help.
