I want to use the Roles and membership Api features in a new application that I will be building in asp.net 2.0. However I would not be using the Createuserwizard and login controls of asp.net 2.0 by default. I mean I will not be using the ASPNETDB.mdf database in App_Data folder that we have by default. I will be using my own database in Sql server 2005. I believe there is an exe file that I can use to leverage the roles and membership features of asp.net 2.0. Also, I would be using windows integrated Authentication as it is an intranet based application. Information as to how to proceed on this will be highly appreciated .
