I am using a hosting provider that allows use of a shared SSL certificate that I would like to use for the user account sub doimain of my web site. The SSL cert adds the domain https://ssl.perfora.net to the beginning of my existing www.domainname.com domain. So the end result looks like https://ssl.perfora.net/mydomainname.com/rootfolder. I am running into issues using asp.net login controls because when I specify the relative paths to my default.aspx and login.aspx the URL is created like https://ssl.perfora.net/rootfolder which does not exist. I am also running into the same issue with my sitemap control. None of my links work and the icons are not available.
