How do I indicate the file(s) to be attached to the email?

I have a vb.net form that allows the user to upload files to a form.  The user can also delete the file (in case they uploaded the wrong form).  After they upload the document, I bind my gridview to display all the uploaded files for this specific record.  I want to send an email and attach all the uploaded files for the specific record.  How to I take the (nameOfFile) value returned in the datagride (it's possible there are multiple rows) and attach each file to the email that is sent when the user clicks send?  I have the email being sent fine and the gridview listing all the attachments.  I just don't know how to grab the filenames from the gridView and attach them to the email?
