How to prevent firing twice LinkButton

Hi,

I have a Problem with firing LinkButtons

I use the following query(1): Select top(4) Authors, Count(*) As Total  from Books Group by Authors Order by Total

When I run query(1) the text element from the LinkButton Control will generate the four LinkButtons

So one LinkButton Control generates 4 LinkButtons each has the name of an Author

I use another query to Select the Thumbs  query(2): Select thumbs from books



Now when I click on the authors name from the first LinkButton there is a Postback and the corresponding Thumbs are displayed, this all works fine.

But when I click the second generated LinkButton  there is a Postback but now the corresponding Thumbs are not displayed.

I have to click once more on the same LinkButton, then the corresponding Thumbs are displayed.
