Recurring events of calendar

 Hi,

I have a form to reserve a classroom.People can reserve the classroom for the single day or the Recurring.

Recurring Pattern:

(Which are in Radio button)

- Daily

-Weekly

-Monthly

-Yearly

If Click the Weekly radiobutton:

It shows the 7-Day of the week(in a Checkbox list)

and for month shows 12-months.

And also, for range of recurrence it ask for:

Start:

End:(there are three radiobuttons 1. No end date 2. End after(?)days 3. End by(date pick))

Any help will be highly appreciated.
