how can i combine all fields to a string each record

how can i combine all fields to a string each record. that mean: select field_1,field_2,field_3 from ABC(there may be many record extract from the table) and then bind to the datatable. i would like to add: string name = field_1 + field_2 + field3 each record add one name,each name include field_1 + field_2 + field3 to arraylist. ...
