Making a Hyperlink Open a New Browser Window Full-Size

 VWD 2008 Express.  IE 8.
I have the following hyperlink code that opens a new browser window to display a page.  The page (browser) opens not full size (maybe something like 500x500).  How can I modify this code to make the new browser window open full-size?  Thanks for the help.
