In digital clock...the seconds field is not refreshing dynamically

Hi friends

I am altering an asp.net website which has two digital clocks at the top of the page

something like this





India:
Tuesday, June 10, 2008 10:02:34 AM

and





USA:
Monday, June 09, 2008 11:58:17 PM

The problem is that the Seconds field in USA clock is getting refreshed every second....that is you can see it change

But in INDIA clock the seconds field is not getting refreshed and displayed....i.e. only when I refresh the page I can see a static time like say 10:23:30

and say I refresh the page after 10 seconds then the display is 10:23:40

But im not able to see second by second autorefresh.....

How can I solve this problem...
