how to code so it is ASP.net ID to access an image on network drive

 I have a hyperlink on ASP.Net page linked to an image on network drive saving K:\abc.jpg
I have granted permission to access to ASP.Net ID already.
However, when other user click hyperlink, they cannot get in because their PC do not have access to this K:
Is there way to code it so that it is ASP.Net ID to open the picture, say within the page ?
My current code is as below how should I modify it ?
